I have had a right crap day today. Not just a regular, run on the mill rubbish day but a right old twenty four carat mare.

Everything that went wrong, went wrong. Disk crashes, lost files; huge, massed marching bands of end users, new demanding client wanting love and attention - the whole shebang.

As bad days went it was a bit like that day Theoden had in the Lord of the Rings. One minute you were gently dribbling in your chair and then suddenly you were in Helms Deep with everyone shouting at you and 10,000 bad tempered Orcs outside.

I predict a diet

Mrs Spug has taken to singing "I predict a diet" to the tun of the Kaiser Chief's "I predict a riot" when she weighs herself. I don't think it is helping but still.
